| Dear Colleague,
If you are currently involved in botulinum toxin type a (BoNTA) injections for children and young people, we would like to invite you participate in the scoping questionnaire sent to you on behalf of BNN Paediatrics followed by a meeting on 1st of June (details below). Your participation will help us investigate current provision of BoNTA services across the country in light of COVID 19 pandemic.
The survey is anonymous, voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any time, without giving any reason. There are no physical risks to taking part. By completing the questionnaire, you will be providing valuable information which help to understand how these services and their recipients have been affected.

The meeting will be via Zoom, with the aim to discuss how the services are coping in different areas, how is the planning for reopening services and prioritization of cases, possible changes on services and impact on users.
